Hello, I am a junior (African American, Female) in a high school in Washington state. I'm doing the Running Start dual enrollment program and plan to apply to UW for the 2021 application cycle.

I have a 3.7 GPA currently (will probably go up once my junior year wraps up).
I got a 1220 on my SAT, don't plan to retake due to the pandemic.
I have taken these classes at my local community college:
English 101
Math 102 and Math 141 (in the process)
Health 125
Bio 160 (in the process)
History 148 and 147 (in the process)
Psych 101 and Art 201 (electives)

I plan to take Math 146, English 102 and a P.E. class for fall of my senior year.

I don't have many ECs because I moved schools a lot during high school.
I currently have:
volunteering at my local Islamic learning center for the past 4+ years
A summer internship lined up (however this may not happen because of the pandemic).

I'm going to apply for direct admit to the Informatics major during my application cycle as well.

With these stats, would I be a good fit for UW? Do you have any advice on how to improve my profile?

Yes, you are. Keep doing what you are doing, working hard academically and using your talents to help others, which Washington loves to see in an applicant. Good luck!

Yes, you're a good match. As a running start with a 3.7 GPA means you're a strong competitor. Though direct admission into Informatics might be competitive since a lot of CSE applicants tend to choose Informatics as their second choice. If you want to be a stronger competitor: improve your GPA, make sure you have a strong personal statement, complete your prereqs for direct admit. You volunteering at your local Islamic learning center would also boost your chances. Anyways good luck, your main goal is to improve academically.

If you have very itchy arm bumps, then this is a bad sign. You should consult a doctor. But while you wait for the moment when you still go to the doctor, you need to do prevention. Arm massager can help you with this. By massaging your hands you dilute the blood in them, they will hurt you less. You definitely need to massage your hands for prevention!
I bought an arm massager from the Community Clinic Association and was completely satisfied.
