How competitive is upper-division/transfer admission to CS?

Is it significantly more competitive than the other engineering majors? I ask this because a disproportionate amount of transfer students needed a 4.0 to get in, as opposed to as low as 3.0 for EE.

Everything will really depend heavily upon your completion of the prerequisites, and how well you did in them. Computer Science is hard enough to get in as a student at the UW, acceptance as a transfer student will be even more difficult.
