What does Wisconsin weight in admissions specifically?

Hey, I am applying to Madison from out of state(north Atlanta) and I have viewed Wisconsin's application process but I have no idea what they weight the most. I will not post a chances thread because I have not finished my testing yet but I would like to know if Wisconsin places emphasis on something outside of the basics(GPA,SAT). Also, are the admissions rolling at Wisconsin?

    1. It is rolling

    2. Class rank is huge. Unless you're an URM or something, you should really be in the top 20% of your HS class, more like top 15% (the average student was in the 90th percentile). They recalculate your GPA, but id imagine most kids were 3.5-4.0+ types. I have a few friends from private schools on the east/west coast who had 3.0-3.5 GPAs but they had 1450+ SAT scores.
