    Your GPA and courseload seem on par, as well as your ECs (I play sax too. (: )

    Your standardized tests may be a little on the low side though.

    I agree. Your courseload, gpa, and ECs seem very competitive, but your test scores are definitely a tad low for vanderbilt. But being hispanic will definitely help you. My advice would be to send in your Spanish SAT II scores, but don't show them your other SAT II's or some of your AP scores because those might hurt you even though they're supplemental. I think with a unique essay you'd have a good shot. Good luck!

    I think ur low test scores are enouvf to keep you from getting in almost unconditionally. When ppl with high class ranks have low test scores, admissions peeps just assume ur high school sucks.

    what if you class rank is high and other ppl from your school score high that have a lower gpa?
