I really like Vassar, but do I have a chance at getting in?

African-American Female (Parents are immigrants from Jamaica, so I’m a first-gen immigrant)
College Class Year: 2014
High School: Public suburban school in NY. Offers 15 APs, of which I will have taken 4. I took all of the honors courses offered (except for language, as it does not have honors for the one I take)
~760 students in my school, and I don’t know my class size.

GPA - Unweighted: 3.60 (~89 on 100 scale)
GPA - Weighted: 3.70 (~90 on 100 scale)
School doesn’t rank
In 3rd/4th decile in class (I don’t have current information, so this is an estimate)

SAT I Math: 630
SAT I Critical Reading: 740
SAT I Writing: 690
ACT: 30
Taking SAT subject tests and retaking SAT in the fall.

Forensic Speech (4 years)
Girl Scouts (8 years)
Piano (14 years)- Participated in town’s annual music festival and its finale concert held at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the New York Times building
National Honor Society (2 years)
Habitat for Humanity (2 years)
Foreign Exchange to Japan (AFS) in Summer 2008 for 6 weeks

Leadership positions:
School Site-Based committee (2 years)
Superintendent's advisory committee (2 years)
Forensic Speech team leader
Anime club leader
Volunteer/Service Work: various; nearing 70 hours
Honors and Awards: Qualified for States in Forensic Speech '08 & '09, Girl Scout Gold Award (expected Nov '09)

I expect the ones from my teachers to not be so stellar, as I had a rocky junior year. I believe my counselor will write a good recommendation.
