i've visited and done on-campus interview but i'm wondering do i have to do an alumni interview? i don't want them to think of me as a kid applying to WUSTL as a safety since i do like it and would consider it after all of acceptances/rejections.

I went for an on-campus interview, but the alumni interviewer from my area actually called me a few days before I left to visit Wash U - I explained that I was going out for an interview, and he said that it wasn't necessary to meet with him, but he'd be glad to meet if I had any questions after the fact. It can't hurt, but it probably won't help loads, either.
