getting from New Haven to Wesleyan

acceptedaccepted Registered User Posts: 56 Junior Member
Hello :)
im a prospective student looking to visit Wesleyan from NYC either on the 10th, 13th, or 14th.
im taking a greyhound bus to new Haven in the morning to visit Yale and from there ill have to figure out a way to get to Wesleyan for the info session at 2:00.
Campus tour at Yale ends around 11:30 so ive got a little more than an hour to get there.
From what ive mapquested the two schools arent too far from each other but public transportation between the two doesnt look any good ....;; (or is it? please let me know if im missing something!)
How much does it cost to take a cab from Yale to Wesleyan?
And do you know any active Wes students community online where i can look for a ride offer? also, how much should i pay them ?; sorry i just have no idea about the town at all... Right now im not even sure how many students would even be around this time of the year.
Thanks in advance for help :)
