What are my chances of getting into Princeton SCEA, Columbia or Stanford?

Hi! I'm considering applying to the following schools and I'm not sure which ones I have chances of actually getting into...I will chance you back when you're done! :) I would be applying as a chemical or bioengineering major.

internship in cancer research and treatment center, will be coauthoring and collecting/analyzing data for a paper that will be presented before the American Cancer Society in October
working on an independent research project with a friend on the effects of lack of sleep on high school students' academic performance that will be submitted to the Southern California Academy of Sciences and Siemans also this summer!
