Ivy League GPA/Final question

I've been looking into Columbia and Harvard for some time now and have been making any preparation necessary that would contribute to being accepted.

My question is this:

If I fail one final (Of 8 classes) that drops my GPA to a 3.84 (Unweighted) are my chances of any Ivy League school accepting me gone? (I will fix my Gpa back to unweighted 3.95+ next year.)

Honors Biology isn't my area of intrest sadly. =/ 81 Avg. 87+ first 3 marking periods.
