    381406:

Assuming you are a California resident,
    UCB/UCLA: Super Reach
    UCSD: Super Reach (Engineering)
    UCI/UCSB/UCD: Slight Reach

It sucks that you're ESL, because you seem extremely good at the stuff that actually matters.

How have u done in your english classes?

At least its good that you wont be majoring in any english-related matters, but it will be an issue of taking the required writing classes.

Did you take the TOEFFL (I'm not sure how to spell it).

I'm sure if you made it clear that you are ESL and took a TOEFFL, they wont regard it as highly.

Berkeley and UCLA aren't that competitive. My friend got in with an 1150 (old score) and a really good GPA and great EC's. I'm not familiar with students with your circumstances
