Chance me for MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Brown?

I consider myself an avid learner which is why my extracurriculars are scattered between many subjects that genuinely fascinate me. Does a spike have to be a specific subject or can it be classified as the love of knowledge? But lets just start with grades.

-GPA 3.8 unweighted 4.1 weighted. I have a few B's early on but there is an overall upward trend.
-ACT 34
- APs My school offers a ton of APs and I have taken about 7 with 4s and 5s.

-Chess club president and founder for three years and I have gone to many competitive tournaments with victories occuring once in a while.
-Oncology and hematology research internship where I co published a scientific paper.
- International Geography Bee and International History Bee qualifier. This has extended as far back as middle school where I reached the top ten in the state at the National Geographic Bee.
-Avid member of Quiz Bowl and President senior year.
- Regular attendee at my city's astronomical society.
-Interest in the psychology of productivity and personality. Not really an activity but I would like it to be.

-Quick Summary: Always smiling and will delve deep into topic of interest.

So do I have a chance into getting into (MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Brown)?
Thanks so much!

- a fellow intellectual

A spike is a specific, focused interest and skill. It's the antithesis of "jack of all trades, master of none".

Your stats are in the ballpark for top schools, assuming you've taken the most rigorous classes. You show character in terms of leadership. Concern for others is the newest college hot button, so that could be your weak spot: you don't have much volunteering, tutoring or best buddies, etc.

Go for the schools you listed, but make sure you have matches and safeties.
