Engineering chances? (No Ivies)

I’m from Oklahoma and I’ll be a senior this fall. I’m pretty anxious about applying because my stats are pretty average (3.6 uw, 3.9 w, 29 ACT, top quarter). Here’s a list of the schools I want to apply to:
Oklahoma
OK State
Wichita State
Kansas
K-State
Texas Tech
Texas A&M (maybe)
CU Boulder (maybe)
Colorado School of Mines (maybe)

I know Mines, Boulder and TAMU have pretty good programs, so would it be a big reach to apply to those schools? I’m still trying to get my ACT score up to compensate for my GPA, but I also take engineering classes at a VoTech school, so will that help a little bit? Any feedback or advice will help :)
