Basic: white female, lower class family
SAT:
M-740
CR-770
W- 700
(hoping to raise writing in the fall)
(still havent taken SAT II's)

Why I have no idea where I stand in comparison to other students...
- My first two years of school I was in and out of the school system, with a 3.0 average and very few EC's because of a congenital heart valve problem. One of those years I recieved no credit, not even for the home school work I did.
- I attempted to take community college classes my third year, hoping the open schedule would help getting back into after being sick for so long. That year at 16, I moved out of my mother's house, began working full time with a work permit, and had a 2.3 GPA
-Throughout this time I became increasingly active with my EC's, which were all that was keeping me sane. I eventually entered into high school my forth as a junior, in an attempt to fix previous mistakes and graduate. I had to retake many sophemore classes (that was the year I missed) and self studied AP's hoping to make my resume a little more competitive.

Forth (Junior) year

Spanish 1 A
English 2 Honors A
Chemistry Honors A
Geometry Honors A
Biology Honors A
Drama- Stagecraft A

AP's (self studied)

Psychology 5

Summer classes at local college:

Precalculus/ Trig B

online classes:
Algebra 2 A

Spanish 2 A

Plans for senior year:

AP Chemistry
AP English Litt
AP Gov/ Econ
AP Calculus AB
Spanish 3
Drama- Repertory

EC's
Drama (four years)
-Have both professional and community theatre credits in supporting leads.
-Drama club president
-State and District Thespian Awards in performance
-Most outstanding Drama student Award 2009
-Carson Ghetts Most Active Drama student Award 2009

Youth In Government (three years)
-founder and president of city-wide chapter (4 high schools, 2 middle)
-State Supporting Officer (2 years)
-State Assembly- most outstanding statesmen award (2 years)
-Florida delegate to the Conference on National Affairs (1 of 20 in state)

Future Plans:
-Double major in Psychology & Theatre
-Schools in mind:

Please Help!!!! I have no idea where I could even get in, or if it matters that I've made a huge turn around considering circumstances :c

You have an interesting story to tell you. If you really show your story in your essays, I think you have a good shot at a lot of LACs, like the ones you're interested in. Good luck!
