LOCI Questions and Deferral Tips

Hey Ephs! I applied to Williams ED and was deferred. Williams still is my dream school and top choice, so I want to write a fantastic LOCI to maximize my chances of gaining admission. Even though I know that most deferred applicants are rejected come March, I have heard a few stories about them getting accepted. Do any deferred admits or students who are friends with deferred admits have tips for writing a Williams LOCI? Should I address it to my regional AO? Should I send it as an email or a physical letter? Is there anything else that I can do to boost the likelihood that I get accepted? If you can answer any of these questions, please PM me. Thanks!
