Hi! I'm taking the AP Chinese exam this may and i was wondering if you guys have any predictions for the culture presentation part!? I've prepared for things like famous place, Chinese food, famous person, historical figure, the lion dance, holidays, etc... I really hope it's on Chinese food... Chinese isn't my first or second language so im really worried; would appreciate any help i can get :)

i don't really understand what you mean, but if the presentation is about Chinese culture, you should include food, people, famous places, holidays and etc.

oh what i mean is, for the culture presentation part, they tell you to talk about one specific topic; one year, the prompt was: chinese celebrity and people had to talk about a chinese singer or an actor like jackie chan. i heard that they don't test people on the topics they've tested before, so i was wondering if people had any predictions for this year. i heard that last year's was leisure activity: like tai chi, flying kites, etc. if the prompt this year were chinese food, i'd talk about dumplings or something like that... am i being clear or am i confusing you more...? :)

Which one is good? My son has only studied Chinese for a brief time but will be studying in China all next year through NSLI-Y. Do you have any suggestions?
