NCP waivers & Columbia...

I'm just curious about how Columbia usually deals with Noncustodial Profile waivers. I had to file one due to my currently poor relationship with my bio-dad. We have not had any contact since May of last year, and although I do have most of his contact info (I believe it hasn't changed) and I explained to him the importance of the NCP in regards to financial aid, he continues to ignore me.

Is it likely my waiver will be approved? If not, then what should I do?

BTW, if it really matters, my mother and father have been divorced since 1997. I know some schools consider this.

Thanks :3
