<p>I am sure there will be lots of waitlist movement in the next 48 hours as everyone scrambles to do their SIR’s. I know in my son’s case he did his SIR last night and started working on the no-go’s but with the lengthy questions some of the schools ask about why you are declining he did not get to them all (Case being one of them). He will be declining Case tonight which disappoints me greatly because he received an incredible merit award. It’s a wonderful school and I hope you get in. Make sure however you commit somewhere-treat the waitlist as a rejection but be proactive with your contact with them. My son was waitlisted at four schools and chose to remain on two of them, either of which he will attend in a heartbeat. Unfortunately neither of those two schools accepted anyone off their waitlist last year. College admissions this year was the worst ever!</p>
