Berkshire has been great so far. What I like most about Berkshire, although not very unique among prep schools, is the engaged and hard working student body. I am more motivated, myself, because all my friends have the same drive to succeed. Another thing that I love about Berkshire is the large community feel that the school offers. Its small size (around 400 students) allows student relations to flourish. Being a freshman, I assumed that none of the upperclassmen would pay any attention to me. But to my surprise, they all have been super friendly, and I don’t feel like such a new kid. All of the student leaders do their job in making new students feel welcome.

As for the second part of your question, I cannot answer quite yet, because I haven’t been here long enough to develop any negative things that I feel strongly about. I’ll be sure to get back to you on that question in the coming months, when I am here longer.

Keep the questions coming, I’d like to help anyone out who is in the stressful position I was in at this time last year.
