So I am admittedly no expert at determining your chance to attend a school, however based on the information you gave I’d say you have a good chance at a few. However, all of the schools on your list are ivies or the equivalent, so now matter how stellar your resume is, it’s always a bit of a reach. Did you apply to any safeties? Question: what is your GPA? I won’t feel that confident in my answer without seeing that. Nice Extracurriculars! 
Harvard: reach
MIT: reach
Stanford: high reach
Columbia: low reach
Yale: reach
Princeton: mid/high match (considering legacy)
Cornell: high match
Caltech: high match
I think you will be accepted to at least two. You have a great application but every application to those schools nowadays is a bit of a crapshoot. However, it didn’t stop me from applying. Good luck
