I personally know there were several students admitted to Brown from Phillips Academy (Andover) last year.
Usually competitive public high schools only have one or two students admitted to a particular top-tier school per year. This year our district has one admitted ED, one admitted RD. Last year there was only one RD admit. ;
Best of luck to your application to Brown.
