What are the differences between Computer Science & Engineering and Computer Engineering?

Which would be better for someone who wanted to design computer parts (like CPUs for AMD)?

Thanks in advance.

for hardware…i think double e is the most suitable…comp sci is mostly software…comp e is a mix of both…but double e gives you enough knowledge to not only be able to work on just computers but other types of electronics as well… as of my knowledge, most of the engineers on the job designing chips right now are double e’s
