English testing requirement

Dear fellow CCs:)

Does anyone know if UPenn waives English testing requirement for international students?
The website does not mention any criteria for exemption of TOEFL? Strange..since most of other top schools have.

Hi, theconomist, I could only find TOEFL waivers for Penn's Wharton School, graduate level, not undergraduate. I assume you are a future undergraduate and you visited this web page:

    Penn Admissions: International Entrance Examinations

From this page, yes, it seems that Penn doesn't waive the TOEFL requirement for international applicants to the undergraduate programs. However, it doesn't hurt to call Penn and ask for clarification!
