We are looking for recommendations from people regarding consultants/persons who can help us mainly with essays and some help with where to apply. Our daughter is a Junior. Our other older daughter is attending UChicago.

Looking to apply to top schools (Ivy n equal and a few safely ones too)

Since we live in Hongkong, we can only do Skype consulting.

Any advise, tips, help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Does anyone have any any recommendations? We are seeking private Consultants or private college advisors that any of you have used and that u can refer to us.

    Thank you...

    Hi hemshil,

I'm a current undergrad at Brown that runs a private college counselling and high-performance coaching firm for high-school students. We're quite selective with our clients, but if you're interested please message me directly or contact us via: https://paragon.school

If you have the means, Ivy Coach is arguably the best. Also one of the most expensive.
A cheaper alternative is Ivy Review, and though they generally focus on Bay Area students, you can always ask them if they do internationals.

Gather as much free and low cost advice as possible from a variety of (legitimate) sources. Talk to current students & alumni. Don't rely entirely on one college adviser.
