Safety, match, and reach schools for computer science for me?

My guidance counselor is very unhelpful. I am in search of some safety, match, and reach school. My plan is to major in comp sci (BS) and I eventually want to go into artificial intelligence. Anyways, my guidance counselor thinks I am able to get into some extremely selective schools, but I don't think that will happen. Any suggestions for schools? I'm from MA and it doesn't matter how far away I go, but I'd prefer schools that aren't really in the midwest or farther down in the southeast than Pennsylvania. I'm also interested in schools in the UK or Europe (particularly Trinity). So far I have Northeastern, CU Boulder (dad's alma mater), UCSD, George Washington University, NYU, Barnard (I like the access to Columbia classes), and many others on my list but I'm just not sure which schools would be attainable with my transcript.

Current Junior Year Stats:
GPA: 3.79 unweighted, 4.38 weighted, B+ average
Rank: My school doesn't do rank or even have a valedictorian- too competitive
SAT: haven't taken it yet, but PSAT 1300 (I am studying a lot)

SAT Subject Tests:
Chem- 600 :( (will not send)
Physics- taking in June
French- taking in June

APs:
This year I am taking:
AP English Lit
AP Comp Sci
Next year I will most likely be taking 3 of the following (4 if they fit in my schedule):
AP English Lang
AP Chem
AP Bio
AP French
AP European History
AP Statistics
My school doesn't offer it, but i might self-study and take the AP Psych exam

Other classes this year:
regs history
honors orchestra
physics (AP didn't fit)
honors alg 2 (freshman year alg 1 and geometry wouldn't both fit, so I will not get to take calc in HS but I'm taking honors pre-calc next year)
Honors french 4

ECs:
National Honors Society (1)
Tri-M Music Honors Society (1)
Viola/orchestra (3)
Girls Who Code (1), I'm trying to start one in my hometown this year

Counselor in training at girl scout camp 2 years (stay there for 5 weeks teaching girls 7-15 outdoor survival skills, team building, helping the community, etc)
Interact Community Service Club (1)
Ukulele Club
National French Exam (3, bronze on each)
French Club (1)
Girl Scouts (since kindergarten)
Church Choir (middle school, unsure if I should include that)
Crocheting (whole life)

Next year my school is starting a robotics club and I will be joining

I know I won't be getting into anywhere like Berkely, but I do want a really good comp sci program!
