How many AP classes do you think are sufficient to get into Davidson? Of course there will be many other factors to base admission on but I am trying to gauge an approximate number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When we attended an info session there two years ago, Davidson emphasized course rigor as a very important element for consideration. That said, not all schools have the same number of AP courses so it depends on your context. You want to take enough AP that your GC checks the 'most rigor' box on their recommendation with respect to your course load.

That said, taking too many just for the sake of more APs and then not doing well or getting too stressed in not the answer. Perhaps your GC can help advise based on other students who have applied to top LACs like Davidson?

    Good luck!
