How Important are AP Scores?

I just got my AP scores (4 Lang & Comp, 4 Chem, 5 APUSH). I'm currently a rising senior, and I am looking to apply to many top schools (minus Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford) and I was just wondering how much these scores will hurt me.

They probably won't, 4's are perfectly acceptable. Also, if you don't happen to send them, that's fine too, they're mostly used for placement, not admissions.

they wouldnt look down on 4s even tho they r top schools? and i would have to send them, if i didnt that would make them look worse

4's are still relatively decent. it shouldn't hurt. won't help either, but shouldn't hurt

as long as it wont hurt, i mean im a major reach for top schools it would be only luck if i were to get into a top school (unhooked white male from avg public school in NJ with 2300 SAT)

Anything under a 4 and maybe one 3 shouldn't make a difference. And I know someone who sent none of her AP scores because she got a 1 on a Calc AB exam but got into Stanford. Chill bro.
