Automatic Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships

The purpose of this thread is to catalog large scholarships that are automatic/guaranteed based on stats alone (GPA/ACT/SAT/Rank). The scholarships should be Full Tuition, Full Ride, or of similar magnitude. The scholarships should be based strictly on stats, not awards such as NMF/NMSF.
There is already an excellent thread cataloging automatic/guaranteed awards of any magnitude, large or small, so please add smaller awards there:

As noted above, an OOS student needs at least an ACT 32 or 1400 M+CR and 3.5+ GPA.
However, if the student is majoring in Engineering or Computer Science and has an ACT 30 or 1330 M+CR, then the College of Eng'g and the Unversity of Alabama will give combined scholarships for full tuition. The student will also get a $2500 per year scholarship stacked on top.
The Howard University Freshman Scholarship (HUFS) Program is designed to assist accepted First-Time-in-College students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement throughout their secondary school career and have chosen to attend Howard University. Scholarships are automatically awarded on a first-come, first-served, basis to eligible candidates. A separate application is not required. Scholarships are awarded until all funds have been exhausted and not all eligible applications will receive an award.

I think the OP wants schools that give ASSURED merit scholarships for stats alone. If not all eligible students get the award, then those don't fit the parameter.
Is it automatically renewable for the next 4 years?
Is it attached to staying with a specific major?
Is it renewable for the same amount of money each year?
Is scholarship adjusted to take into consideration tuition increases (about 5% per year)
Is there a gpa requirement needed to keep getting the money?
When does the gpa requirement start (by the end of fall term or the end of spring term)?
Is there a phase in to the gpa requirement?
What happens if you do not meet gpa requirement, does money leave immediately or is there a grace period?
If you lose scholarship and bring your grades back up is money reinstated?
What percentage of students lose their scholarship?
Ask the financial aid office what percent of students lose their merit money in the first year.
And the most important question.. worse case scenario if you were to lose the scholarship would you still be able to swing the cost of attending?
for ex: Howard also has no phase in gpa to keep their merit money. The term that you do not meet the requirements for keeping the merit $$ is the last term that you receive the merit money (and you do not get it back).

Hampton University is pleased to recognize outstanding academic achievement by offering a variety of scholarships to first-time freshmen. The selection process is extremely competitive and students who submit completed admission application packets by the Early Action deadline (November 1) are automatically considered for merit awards. The Trustee scholarship is a unique award offered by Hampton University. It provides a four -year scholarship to include: Tuition, Room, Board, and a $500 book stipend. The recipient must have a minimum SAT score of 1400 (combined Math and Critical Reading score only) or minimum ACT composite score of 32.
Presidential
The Presidential scholarship is awarded to students with a SAT score of 1300 – 1390 (combined Math and Critical Reading score only) or an ACT composite score ranging from 29- 31. This four- year scholarship covers the cost of Tuition, Room, and Board.
Hampton Scholars
The Hampton Scholars award is awarded to students with a SAT score of 1200 – 1290 (combined Math and Critical Reading score only) or an ACT composite score of 27-28. Recipients of this award receive a four-year Tuition scholarship.
Merit
The Merit scholarship is awarded to students with a SAT score of 1100 - 1190 (combined Math and Critical Reading score only) or an ACT composite score of 24 - 26. Recipients of this award receive a partial tuition scholarship.
Achievement Scholarship
The Achievement Scholarship is the newest scholarship offered by Hampton University. It provides a four year $10,000 scholarship. The recipient must have a cumulative 3.50 academic grade point average. A minimum SAT or ACT score is not required.

Chancellor's Scholarships - IPFW
There might be some schools ranked lower than Bama, or there might be some schools that require higher scores....but Bama (#75) is the highest ranked school that gives an assured full tuition scholarship for an ACT 32+ (or SAT M+CR 1400+) and a 3.5 GPA if you apply by Dec 1st. No higher ranked Nat'l univ does this.
As for those that are ranked between 75 and 100, I don't know of any that give assured full tuition scholarships for the same stats.
Does a diploma from IPFW carry the same weight as the one from the main Purdue campus at West Lafayette? US News Review has classified IPFW as a "Regional Universities (Midwest), Tier 2" whereas Purdue is ranked 62 among the National Universities, and it is well known that Purdue is a top university. But the merit scholarship at IPFW seems to be very good. I guess one has to weigh merit aid against rank.
