<p>Just want to add that NCAA rules change every year and that there were big changes this summer. For example, basketball coaches can now text and email recruits while they are sophomores, not just juniors anymore.</p>
<p>Also keep in mind that the NCAA has different rules for different sports. It is all very confusing.</p>
