When will UCF announce scholarships?

I read that UCF's scholarship review was going to begin October 15 for the Fall 2013 term. I'm really anxious to find out if they're going to offer me anything, does anyone knw when they usually start notifying people about scholarships? Has anybody gotten an offer yet? Also, what do you think they could potentially offer me with my stats?
GPA UW: 4.0
GPA W:4.3
ACT: 28
SAT: 1280/1930

I have a good amount of extra curriculars, some I've been a part of since 7th grade, and 4+ leadership positions..
I got accepted to UCF September 14..

I never followed through with UCF, so I don’t know if I would have had done better financially @ UCF.
