<p>I guess it’s better to address the question to the financial aid office. My guess is that the scholarships you received aren’t allowed to be distributed as cash. So it’s possible they were left over after applied all the aid you had. If you go here: <a href=“https://sdb.admin.washington.edu/students/uwnetid/tuition.asp[/url]”>https://sdb.admin.washington.edu/students/uwnetid/tuition.asp</a> it will tell you exactly what kind of aid was applied to pay for your tuition and if the money hasn’t been disbursed to you in the form of check – why.
It’s possible that they will apply the scholarship money next quarter to tuition & fees first and will deposit the leftover UW aid to your bank account (unless the UW aid is in the form of a tuition exception/university grant, I believe they aren’t allowed to be disbursed as cash).</p>
