admissions officers don't think like that.
Academic Integrity is one of the most important factors to admissions officers and if they think you are trying to hide a course it could impact your chances of admission greatly.
"Indicate the number of other colleges or universities where you have taken a course at any time since the 9th grade"
In short put the school on your common app and send the transcript.
