Okay, I found this on my apartment’s website:
Residents are prohibited from having animals, except for aquarium bound fish (up to 10-gallon capacity), in units, common areas, or on the premises at all times. Residents may not feed/shelter stray animals. Residents are obligated to inform Management of any pet so appropriate action may be taken to remove and protect the animal. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $100.00 for a first offense and $200.00 for subsequent offenses and possible eviction from the community.
So I can only get evicted on second offense… So if I report it (or get maintenance to do it) the first time I have no way of getting kicked out…?
