  yes. Call from a coach. She didn't apply ED because she's not 100% so took her chances and will see where the chips fall.

  I think they may coming out soon if coaches are making phone calls, but I agree with OHMOMof2...I suspect the official date will be March 25th.

  Just checked my portal... I got in!! FREAKING OUT!! They said they only notify a few people this early so don't be concerned if you don't have it.

  @nsliyromanov I think so, because it says "I'm contacting you before the established notification date to give you ample opportunity to consider Amherst as you make your college choice."
