1. Is there a way to send your sat scores to one CSU campus and have the rest of them receive it similar to how the UC system does it? Or do I have to pay for every sat score I send to each campus?

2. Is it true that you have to send in all of your sat and act scores to UCs? I already sent in all my sat scores to the UCs but my act scores are far below my sat scores so I don't even want to send them. I keep finding different answers online so I'm a little unsure.

3. If so for question 2, CSUs don't require you to send in every score right?

    1. Once you have taken the SAT test, you should list the CSUMentor institution code, so that CSUMentor can store your scores for any CSU campus to retrieve. The CSUMentor institution code for the SAT is 3594.

    2. For the UC's, you only need to send all SAT or ACT scores. You are not required to send both.

    3. CSU's do not require all scores but they superscore so it is to your benefit to send all.

I just sent it to the code. Because it says that it takes 1 to 3 weeks for them to receive it, does this mean I should wait 3 weeks before sending in my CSU apps or can I send the apps in right now even though CSUMentor hasn't received my scores. Will the official scores be sent to all CSUs through CSU mentor eventually anyway even though I already sent my apps in?

If you applications are complete, submit them. The scores and application do not have to be submitted at the same time as long both reach the colleges by their deadlines.

If you send the score to one Cal State instead of the CSUmentor code, you can still use it for other Cal states. It will come up in CSUmentor and then you can check which CSUs you want to get the score.

@Gumbymom, do you know if this type of system is also available for UCs? Or does each UC get the score individually? Thanks.

For the UC's, you send your scores to one UC campus and they will be shared with all the others.

    See UC Website:
Report ACT and/or SAT scores on your admissions application, then request that an official copy of the scores be sent to us from the testing agency. You can have your official score report sent to one UC campus, and all campuses you apply to will receive it.
