  12-15 should work. You can get there in about 10-12 if you're walking briskly.

  @r30028, apparently it used to be called the public policy building and now it's called the public affairs building, so on the map it's still called public policy.

  Dunno, on http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/soc/bldgs.htm it just says "PUB AFF Public Affairs Building (formerly Public Policy Building)"
