gpa w- 4.04
sat - 650CR/720M/730W (2100)
sat II- history 750, mathIIc 720, physics 700
top 10% of class
competitive hs
took lots of aps and honors classes
ecs- captain of basketball team, pres of multicultural club, vp of ecology club, nhs, fbla, 300+ volunteer work at hospital

do i have a chance?

    It's difficult to provide you with an answer that is definitive, notwitstanding that the fact that nobody on this board can do that anyway. If Emory appeals to you, by all means apply, but in your case, I would characterize it as a Slight REACH to a Weak MATCH for you.

    Based on your academic stats, it appears as if you have as good a chance for being admitted a you do for being denied admission. So, to answer your question, yes you have a chance... and it's about 50/50, perhaps 55/45 of being admitted. Your GPA and test scores come in about the middle of the pack by comparison to admitted students numbers.

    Check the Common Data Set to compare your numbers against those from the incoming freshman class of Fall 2006:
