Thanks everyone
I applied through Harvard University Restrictive Early Action waiting for Dec. 15th!

You sound like a wonderful candidate, as will the vast majority of those who are deferred. Recommendations and essays will probably determine the outcome, and we are not the people reading those.

I am going to have to agree with the two above me. No one here will be able to give you an accurate chance. Also remember that even a real Harvard admissions counselor couldn’t tell you anything from that information. I don’t know you, but I know for sure that you are worth far more than just a paragraph-long forum post. You probably put a lot of effort into your essays and had great recommendations. Harvard will judge you as a complete individual, not as a list of ECs and grades.

You look like a great person, good luck! We will find out soon :D

Wow. You are truly unique in this cutthroat admissions process. How many kids would be able to say they worked as professionals in Hollywood? And you have a great academic profile as well! I think you’re Harvard material. You’re exactly the type of unusual student that admissions officers are looking for. I’m rooting for you!
