Doesnt Medill open to undergraduates?

Im an international student so im not that familiar with this.
this may sound silly but....doesnt Medill(school of journalism) open to undergraduates? I meant to apply for ED this comming fall and im very interested in journalism.
So i wish you guys can help T T.
And one more thing, besides northwestern, any other universities that have out-standing schools of journalism?

    Yes, you can apply to Medill as an undergraduate. Another excellent school is the University of Missouri-Columbia. (Don't confuse this with Columbia University which only has a graduate school journalism track.) Syracuse University in upstate NY. These are all very competitive programs to get into.
