Do elite colleges consider community college courses?

I did not take physics in 11th grade but took the course in the community college in parallel and then I took AP exam for physics A and C and got 5 in both. Lots of elite schools ask for physics in high school transcript. I have an unweighted 4.0 GPA. Will they reject my application for engineering as they won't see physics in my high school transcript? or will consider my community school transcript too? I heard initial screening is based on the school transcript. Does it make sense if I take physics 1 in 12th grade again?

You are required to send all transcripts to colleges so they will see and count your CC physics class. You will also self report this on your common app. Do not take physics again.

I agree that retaking Physics is a bad move. You have a great back up on that CC class with the AP test results.
