My son currently is a student in computer science at Georgia Tech. He is considering to go to Tsinghua to study one semester as an exchange student next year. However, several people warned me that the native Chinese students in Tsinghua are 1 from millions and are crazy book “smart” and “talented”. If they put the foreign students in the same class as those native Chinese kids, then most likely, the foreign students will get low or fail grade. I am very concerned about this “rumor” but need to make decision in next two weeks to catch up the application deadline. Please let me know whether such “Rumor” is true or false if you have a son or daughter who was or is studying at Tsinghua university before or now.
Thanks,
A Parent desperately need to know the true.
