I feel this thread ignores the many CC conversations about Early apps.
Saying UTulsa admits 97% Early hints they have a very strong need to lock in kids. That’s one thing.
But as you move up the tiers, don’t fool yourself that just submitting Early improves the chances for underqualified applicants. Any school with low admit rates is going to cherry pick. They don’t wear blinders when reviewing, don’t lower their standards.
And, if you’re from areas with an overabundance of apps, you’ll still be held to geo diversity and etc.
