12th Grade Italian Applicant. Help!!

Agreed (I wrote it !!)

I want to thank all of you.
You gave me many things to think about.
Just to let you know, I am seriously considering Tilton / Worcester and some few other schools. I think they are excellent schools, even though there are very few threads on here about them.

Again Thanks!

Ranu, I’m not Italian but I do love gelato! Stracciatella is my favorite flavor too.

All of these top boarding schools are great and your dd will fit in and find challenge at any of them. Has she expressed a preference for all girls vs co-ed or for being in a rural area, a small town, or outside of a big city (like Masters or Episcopal)? There are a lot of great options. I would apply to a range so she will hopefully have choices! Will you be able to visit and tour the schools?

Hi Stracciatella! There are so many options! She prefers coed, but doesn’t know exacly about the area. That is why we are going to take into account different kind of schools, as you suggest. We hope to visit them in Dec, so that she can have a more definite idea. We are considering some rural, others suburban, near the sea or near the mountains -no idea of schools near a big city. We are also thinking about Florida(North Broward ).It depends on whether they accepts students for one year (either 11th or 12th, not decided yet). I would not want an international school, we prefer her to have a more American experience. Yet, I like NMH a lot (28% of intls!). It will depend on which school will accept her and on her personal feeling when visiting them!
