<p>Your SATs are low for, but you aren’t required to submit them. I also have no idea if a 92 is a good TOEFL score, and the little googling I’ve done doesn’t suggest that Northeastern releases the TOEFL scores of accepted applicants. </p>

<p>Basically, with those SATs, I’d say don’t submit them. Of course, without them, I really have nothing to judge your chances by - and that’s probably what you should be considering - what is going to be on your application (extra-curricular activities, local testing, etc.), and how does that stand up? You may want to consider retaking the SAT, and seeing if you can bring it up into a range which compares with currently admitted students, but depending on your situation, this may not be feasible.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, most people who post here will have very limited experience with international admissions.</p>
