<p>Here in NY, a former FBI Agent who was being prosecuted for accessory to murder in a hugely-publicized Mafia case walked away scott-free when it turned out the prosecution’s main witness was shown to have been lying the whole time.</p>
<p>There was a police record on him, too. Doesn’t mean a damned thing.</p>
