<p>I am new to the site and thought I would say hi to the group and toss in an observation. I am a retired Navy Officer who always knew of the excellent officers produced by KP. I am now an NJROTC instrcutor at a HS and I recommeded that one of my students apply to KP. This student received many offers, including an early appt. offer to USNA (fine school) which was turned down. I watched the INDOC process with the rest of the parents on the USMMA web site. Bravo Zulu to the fine group of senior mids who documented the hard days that the mids went through. I was very impressed and I feel that if this is the level of mids at KP, my recommedation to apply was well founded. I also found great value in this web site and have learned more about USMMA as the weeks went on. This will help me with other students in the future.</p>
