Pitt and Navy staged a scoring-fest before 30,103 at Heinz Field last night as both defenses were completely overmatched by the offenses.</p>

<p>But the Midshipmen finally figured out a way to stop the Panthers in double overtime and came away with an exciting, 48-45 victory.</p>

<p>Joey Bullen gave the Midshipmen a 48-45 lead with a 29-yard field goal to open the second overtime, which meant the Panthers had one possession from the 25 to tie or win the game…
