<p>Does it mean the last year had the maximum percentage since 2003 ?? Does it give any idea of the curve for 2011?</p>

<p>Well, the 2010 testing population seemed to be smarter and/or perform better. I doubt there’s any correlation between the 5 percentage and the curve.</p>
