<p>been calling all night… nothing. the message changed between 5am and 6am. said they would have it in an hour. that was two hours ago.</p>
<p>Instead of complaining here and writing e-mails to collegeboard, let’s file official complaints with the Better Business Bureau. They’re more likely to be taken seriously, and not offering a service that they clearly advertised everywhere is definitely a breach of contract.</p>

<p>when I called collegeboard yesterday to get my AP Number, they told me I could call today anytime after 8 AM (Eastern) because that was when the office opens. But I’m not sure if the lady I spoke with understood my question, because the score report is automated. But maybe just today it’s not available until after 8… I don’t know. We’ll see.</p>
<p>Well, then. I set an alarm for 6, called both numbers, groaned, and went back to sleep. I’m up again. This certainly isn’t fun. I’m probably going to end up calling from the place where I’m getting my senior photos taken, since it’ll be at a more reasonable hour.</p>
<p>You can’t file a complaint yet, because they said starting on July first, not July first at midnight. Try tomorrow if they still aren’t out.</p>
