<p>In theory, GPA will keep increasing and test scores in relation as high schools adopt honors program, have more AP classes available, etc. Soon enough, colleges will calculate h.s honors classes, literally honors classes or AP, as being no different from what we calculate now for a normal class.

On a second thought, never mind we have budget cuts in education causing more inequalities between schools.</p>
