<p>That was my initial reaction as well, before reading this thread.</p>
<p>Anyway, I’m actually really excited about this, although I don’t know how my parents will feel when they hear about it. They’re asleep right now, so they’ll find out in the morning. But anyway, I’ve always wanted to study abroad in a foreign country, and although this is on short notice, there’s a good chance I’ll go to NEU, and it doesn’t look like there’s any negotiating with this. It seems like it’s “study abroad your first semester, or go to college somewhere else.” I’ll probably go to Greece. I’m very excited, but somewhat nervous, about this. It seems like most of you are considering going to other colleges because of this…is there anyone else that’s excited about this opportunity like I am?</p>
